SPAIN

Year 4 students are learning about Spain.  You can watch this interesting video about our history, culture and geography.  We can learn a lot about our country. 
We are studying that Spain is divided into different Autonomous Communities.  Each Autonomous community has different provinces, although there are autonomous communities have only one province.

PANCAKE DAY: LISTEN TO OUR SONG!!!

Last Tuesday was PANCAKE DAY.  Sara brought us some books and we read them in class.  We learned that British cook and eat lots of pancakes on that day. 

Last year we cooked pancakes in school and we still remember the song we practiced during last year's English Day.  We also did some pancake races like the one in the pictures.

MAMMALS

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY

Today is February 14th.  It is Saint Valentine's day. 

Let's celebrate LOVE and FRIENDSHIP today. 

 I'm sure you have lots of friends and you want to keep them.  Tell them they are your friends and tell them something nice, like; "You are my best friend", "I like your shirt!", "You have a beautiful smile!"...

HERBIVORES, CARNIVORES, OMNIVORES

This week we have studied that we can classify animals depending on what they EAT.

Do you remember what a herbivore eats?  And carnivores, what do they eat?  And omnivores???

1st GAME:  If you want you can play some games this weekend.  You will see some animals and you need to click to say if that animal is a herbivore, carnivore or omnivore.  What animals eat GAME

2nd GAME:  Move those animals where they belong.  You need to READ first what they eat and then decide if they are hervibores, carnivores or omnivores.  Feed the animals

3rd GAME: Try to match the carnivores.  Match Carnivores

4th GAME: Try to match the herbivores: Match herbivores

5th GAME: Try to match the omnivores: Match the omnivores
